I’m a choreographer, dancer and teacher based in Gothenburg, Sweden. I received my training at Balettakademien in Gothenburg and then went on to Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance in New York City followed by a year at The Ailey school. After many years in New York I moved back to Sweden where I have been dancing, teaching and continuing my life as an artist. I believe that a safe, gracious and supportive environment is pivotal to the growth of the individual as well as the group whatever your form of expression may be. I strive for that with any collaboration I do with artists or as a teacher, but also for myself. I believe movement never lies and it’s the one language that is absolutely pure, but most of all, it is limitless and instant. The hardest part of movement is allowing it to just happen without surrounding it with context.
